Reasons behind formation of water droplets on the outer surface of a glass/bottle containing ice-cold/cold water.

I hope you all will be fine and enjoying.You all might have wondered how water droplets comes out on surface from cold water bottle/glass.Actually,The water droplets which you see out on surface of cold water bottle/glass does not come out from water inside the bottle/glass,they are actually water present in the air which get condense.Today in this post I am going to make you understand reasons behind formation of water droplets on the outer surface of a glass/bottle containing ice-cold/cold water as shown in following images:-

As you know that water vapour are present in air.When the water vapour in air come in contact with cold water glass/bottle,they starts lossing energy/heat/warm and gets converted to liquid state,which you see as water droplets.

This whole process of water cooloing down is called condensation.

ठंडा पानी से भरा गलास/ बोतल की बाहरी सतह पर पानी की बूंदों के बनाने के पीछे कारण।

मुझे आशा है कि आप सभी ठीक होंगे और आनंद ले रहे होंगे। आप सभी सोच रहे होंगे कि ठंडे पानी की बोतल / ग्लास से पानी की बूंदें सतह पर कैसे निकलती हैं। वास्तव में, पानी की बूंदें जो आप ठंडे पानी की बोतल / ग्लास की सतह पर देखते हैं, बोतल / ग्लास के अंदर के पानी से बाहर नहीं निकलती हैं , वे वास्तव में हवा में मौजूद पानी होते हैं, जो घनीभूत हो जाते हैं। इस पोस्ट में मैं आपको एक ग्लास / बोतल की बाहरी सतह पर पानी की बूंदों के निर्माण के पीछे के कारणों को समझने जा रहा हूं जिसे निम्नलिखित चित्रों में दिखाया गया है:-

जैसा कि आप जानते हैं कि जल वाष्प हवा में मौजूद होता है। जब हवा में जल वाष्प ठंडे पानी के गिलास / बोतल के संपर्क में आता है, तो वे ऊर्जा / गर्मी को कम करना शुरू कर देते हैं और तरल (liquid) अवस्था में परिवर्तित हो जाते हैं, जिसे आप पानी की बूंदों के रूप में देखते हैं।

पानी को ठंडा करने की इस पूरी प्रक्रिया को संक्षेपण (condensation) कहा जाता है।
